PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Each item for sale is available for purchase in only one piece (unless otherwise specified in the item's sales description), therefore at the time of purchase DO NOT add more pieces of the same item to your cart.
HOW TO PROCEED WITH THE ORDER
After completing the order, you will be able to proceed with the purchase and related payment only after receiving our confirmation email containing the product details and shipping costs. The quote will include both the product and the shipping costs to your address. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Once payment is confirmed, we will proceed with shipping the items and provide you with tracking details.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made via Paypal or bank transfer, or in case of collection at our premises, also in cash.
SHIPPING
We pack all sold items with great care, using plenty of bubble wrap and protective materials to ensure safe transport. We always use recycled packaging materials to reduce environmental impact. Every shipment is trackable and, once the package is sent, you will receive the necessary information to track its delivery.
It is important that all the data provided for the delivery of the goods is correct.
Please note that for particularly fragile and/or bulky items (furniture section) it will not be possible to proceed with shipping, but you must contact us to evaluate together the possibility of collecting the goods, which can be at our Rome or Salerno locations.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Italia Vintage recognizes the right of withdrawal, which must be exercised within 14 days of receiving the goods by email to info@italiavintage.it . The refund will be processed once we have received the item in the same condition in which it was shipped. Please note that shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable, nor are the shipping and packaging costs for the return. We believe that transparent communication with our customers and partners leads to effective and trouble-free transactions.
Within 5 days of receiving the goods intact, Italia Vintage undertakes to make the credit transfer for the amount paid, minus the shipping costs incurred for sending the goods to the customer.
